Served as CFO for Clean Energy Solutions Pacific, helping this renewable energy firm.

American Dakota Refinery 2014-2020:

Appointed as VP Finance for the company, structuring the financing, feedstock, and off-take contractual arrangements for a 30,000 bpd Clean Fuel Refinery.

Asia Development Bank: Carbon Capture & Storage 2010-2012:

Conducted expert FP&A work and financing analysis for CCS facilities within the coal-fired power plant sector, oil/gas downstream operations, and industrial sector.

Asia Development Bank: Mongolia Public Private Partnerships 2010-2012:

Advised the Government of Mongolia on strategic approaches for attracting private sector partners and developing PPP arrangements to support complex capital projects and infrastructure development.

Kodiak Kenai Cable Corporation 2005-2006:

Supported the structuring and sourcing of equity financing for a $36M marine-based fiber optic telecommunications system in Alaska.


Trinidad Ionics Desalinization Facility 2002-2004:

Closed the take-out of a $144M construction loan with a term loan, including all-in financing terms 350 basis points lower than anticipated.
